 Vocalage specializes in outsourced user
interface design and evaluation and the exploration, prototyping, and
evaluation of new product concepts. In addition it provides services in data
mining and statistical analysis, and also assists a number of clients in
obtaining Canadian government funding (e.g., the NRC IRAP programme) and
investment (SRED) task credits.
Vocalage assembles a team of people to work
on each project, in consultation with the client. The team typically consists
of Mark Chignell and other full-time employees of Vocalage as appropriate, plus
highly skilled and carefully selected university students and industry
consultants. The use of closely supervised students helps to contain costs
while bringing the benefits of their enthusiasm and creativity to projects.
